I woke up just fine. not super energetic but not sluggish. I think this diet wants me to sleep as soon as i hit my bed, which for me , is a good thing.
breakfast: black coffee with stevia
lunch: grilled blue marlin, meatless adobong kangkong, 1/2 grapefruit
dinner: pesang manok, 1 apple
